Our goal to continue publishing meeting agendas and minutes on the BLYC as volunteer time allows and as quickly as reasonable. Our meetings will continue be open to visitors to participate. We welcome your opportunities to engage with live attendance at board meetings and as the structure of the agenda allows.

As an alternative to attending in person, Members are always welcome to call a board member to share your ideas, or to write the board as a whole. So that your expressions and suggestions may be discussed as part of the "communications" section of our regularly scheduled board meetings, please write to the board at: beaverlakeyachtclub@gmail.com
