The Beaver Lake yacht Club is a volunteer organization. If you are interested in volunteering or participating please contact us.
Rick joined the BLYC board in October of 2022 to take on the volunteer role as Commodore. Rick grew up on Lac Labelle where his family was active in the sailing community. Rick, and his wife Maureen, moved onto the lake in 2016. He is is excited to work with a dedicated board to honor and refine our club's deep history; and to serve our members in maximizing the valuable lake resources and traditions of which we are proud to be the stewards.
Michelle joined the BLYC board in 2020 and is now serving as Rear Commadore.
Michelle and her husband, Al, purchased thier property in 2014 and have enjoyed living on Beaver lake with their three children, Avery, Keaton and Kierra..
Maureen and her husband, Rick, have lived on BL for 5 years. You will often see their family embracing all that the lake has to offer, and in return are thrilled to be serving this community through the BLYC yacht Club.
Kristin and Ryan moved onto the lake in 2018 along with their two kids, Vivian and Teddy, and two dogs. They feel so fortunate to enjoy all the fun BL brings year round.
Emily and her family have been enjoying the lake since 2018
Lisa and her husband have been on the lake for several years and enjoy the vibrant and friendly community. As a member at large she is excited to serve, create and assist where she is needed. In her free time you will find her with family and friends, playing tennis or pickle ball, cooking, hiking and on the lake! email@example.com
Karen and her husband Russ have lived on the lake for over 35 years and raised their children here (7). She is a life long lake person and loves all that Beaver Lake has to offer. Her husband Russ served as the rear commodore in the past and now she is offering her time and energy to continue the great work of the board. If you see Karen around she will most likely be boating, reading, hiking , laughing and spending time with her children and 16 grandchildren who all love the lake as much as she does. She is a life long learner and is happy to be part of the lake community.
